Gallery Vertigo

(North Okanagan Artists Alternative)

Gallery Vertigo is an artist-run centre for artistic innovation in the North Okanagan.  It is the physical home of the North Okanagan Artists Alternative, a registered non-profit society and recognized charity comprised of local and regional artists, volunteers, and friends of the arts.  Our mission is to cultivate and nurture an environment where creativity and diversity thrive.

The Gallery’s location provides two gallery spaces; our Main Gallery for featured exhibits, and the Judith Jurica Gallery where we feature work of our members.  Programming includes offerings in the literary arts and musical events as well as continuing to host a regular schedule of exhibitions of visual art.  In addition, we have six artists studios that are rented to local artists needing studio space.

Our members and volunteers believe that ART IS FOR EVERYONE.
