The Powerhouse Theatrical Society is a dynamic community non professional theatre company that has provided the City of Vernon and surrounding districts with a variety of quality live stage productions since 1963. We are honoured to have received Provincial, National, and International recognition.

We encourage people from all walks of life to join us. Besides acting and directing, if your area of interest in Carpentry, Sewing, Painting, creating Props, Fundraising, Designing Lights or Sound, or being a member of a Backstage Crew, or working Front of House during a show, you will be most welcome. All that is needed is an interest in the performing arts and willingness to learn and to work with likeminded people towards a common goal.
