Group Membership
The Arts Council of the North Okanagan is proud to serve more than 30 diverse member groups in our community. As a charitable society, our member groups are vital to enriching arts and culture in Greater Vernon.
The ACNO believes in collaboration and inclusion, recognizing that we are stronger together as a collective! Join us today and be part of creating a vibrant and healthy community for all.
Group Memberships
- Groups can include non-profit arts and culture organizations and clubs, corporate partners, and other groups approved by the ACNO Board of Directors
- Memberships run January 1st to December 31st of current year
- New Memberships are pro-rated based on date of approval

- Discounts on classes & workshops at the Arts Centre
- Drop-in studio access at the Arts Centre (some conditions apply)
- Email notifications for classes, exhibits, artist opportunities, special events and more
- Exclusive member invitations to special events hosted by the Arts Centre and the Arts Council
- Opportunities to show and/or sell your artwork in the VCAC Centre Gallery (all ages and abilities welcome)
- Opportunities to sell your artwork in the VCAC Art Shop, Artsolutely, and other Arts Centre and Arts Council events
- Free promotional opportunities from the Arts Council for local artists, musicians, writers, performers, and other creatives
- Artscene - a monthly e-newsletter from the Arts Council, filled with local arts and culture events and activities
- Locker rentals at the Arts Centre when available
- Voting rights at the ACNO Annual General Meeting
