Each week, the instructor teaches a different project to keep the class interesting for those that wish to attend more than once. No experience necessary. Projects will be glazed and fired and ready for you to pick up a few weeks after class.

His sound encompasses many influences: Lyle Mayes (Pat Metheny Group), Oscar Peterson, Bruce Hornsby, Keith Jarrett, Duke Ellington, and Count Basie. Autumn flavours like apple and pumpkin will be noticed in the dainty tea sandwiches, delicious flaky scones, and delicate desserts.
