Directed by Jackson Mace, A Christmas Story runs from Sat. Nov. 23 to Sat. Dec. 7, 2024.

Based on the classic 1983 movie, humorist Jean Shepherd’s memoir of growing up on the Prairies in the 1940s follows 9-year-old Ralphie Parker in his quest to get a genuine Red Ryder BB gun under the tree for Christmas. Ralphie pleads his case before his mother, his teacher and even Santa Claus himself.

All the elements from the beloved motion picture are here; the family’s temperamental exploding furnace, school bully Scut Farkas, the triple dog dare, the Old Man’s major prize and even the Little Orphan Annie decoder pin. Great fun for all!

Evening performances take place on Nov 23, 27, 28 29, 30 and Dec. 4, 5, 6 and 7 at 7:30 pm.

Matinee performances are on Sunday Nov. 24 and Dec. 1 at 2 pm.
