The Vernon Community Arts Centre presents a special exhibit from the Joining Hands Program, entitled Art 4 All. 

Joining Hands assists and provides adults living with disabilities varied opportunities to explore and develop their artistic abilities with other people of common interests. The project accommodates beginner, emerging and established artists, giving them the opportunity to be a part of something tangible in their community through artistic and creative expression. Every person should feel a genuine sense of purpose and belonging and be given the opportunity to actively participate and contribute to their community.
