Kenneth Whyte – Climate Change

Gallery Vertigo is proud to host Kenn Whyte, their featured member for the the month of March.   

His exhibit titled “Climate Change” gives photographic evidence of the devastating effect of climate change on wildlife and the environment with a focus on the loss of wildlife. It contains key photographs of polar bears on an ice flow in the Hudson Strait and glaciers in Greenland, Iceland and Canada. Included is a photograph of the heat source used by the Inuit of Canada to contrast it with fossil fuel consumption today and its consequences. These photographs are supported by written briefs to support the theme of climate change and its causes and effects.

Gallery Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 4:00pm.
