Live Artist Plein Air Event
Allan Brooks Nature Centre 250 Allan Brooks Way, Vernon, British Columbia, CanadaThe Allan Brooks Nature Centre BC Culture Days event invites painters and artists to come to the centre and paint “en plain air” (denoting or in the manner of a 19th-century style of painting outdoors), with a chance to win prizes in one of four categories: Experienced, Emerging, Youth and People’s Choice! This event will engage the local and provincial community and create awareness of the artists working in the North Okanagan, as well as highlight the incredible beauty of this endangered grassland habitat.
