The Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW) Vernon is a local volunteer organization that welcomes ALL women who support the purposes, mission and values of CFUW. 2019 was the 100th Anniversary of our national club! We fundraise to award bursaries for post-secondary students.

Non members are welcome to join us for up to three of our activities while considering membership. Check the calendar on our website and come join us!

Our purposes are to: promote high standards of public education in Canada; advance study and research by women and a sound concept of lifelong learning; advocate for the advancement of the status of women, human rights and the common good locally, nationally, and internationally; promote cooperation, networking, support and understanding among women; and encourage women to apply their knowledge and skills in decision-making in all areas of life.
