Visit Gallery Vertigo during the month of July to see featured artist Linda Byrt’s paintings inspired by her travels.

Linda pursued art in the 1970s, with lessons in oil painting. Later she added pencil sketching, pen-and-ink and watercolour. She currently paints with acrylics. Linda believes in continued learning and sharing her experiences with other artists. She has travelled throughout Canada, to Australia, New Zealand and the US. A prolific photographer, she uses her photographs to provide inspiration for her paintings.

She has exhibited in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia and is a member of Seasons Art Group in Vernon and the Okanagan Artists of Canada Society.
