Join us for Pictionary Paint at VPAG, a Vernon Winter Carnival event.

Pictionary Paint is not your ordinary game night. Join us for an exciting and creative experience where you and your friends can compete as a team of 4 or 6 and receive a special discounted group rate. Alternatively, if you’re coming solo or with a friend, we’ll pair you up with some awesome new friends for the night. The fun, laughter, and creativity will flow as you work your way to the top of the leaderboard, vying for incredible prizes and even a VPAG membership for your entire team!

The evening kicks off with teams competing head-to-head, with the winner of each round advancing to the next, in classic Pictionary style. Teams that don’t make it to the next round won’t miss out on the fun – they can partake in curated art activities inspired by the current exhibitions at VPAG while enjoying the Pictionary painting showdown.

But wait, there’s more! Even if your team gets eliminated in the first round, there’s no need to worry. We have a range of engaging art activities, games, drinks, and snacks to keep you entertained throughout the night. “Pictionary Paint” promises an unforgettable evening of creativity, camaraderie, and competition, ensuring that everyone leaves with smiles and unforgettable memories.

Come spend some time making artist trading cards at Vernon Community Arts Centre. ATCs are miniature pieces of art that are traded around the world. Artists create, trade and collect art at organized “swap” events, either in person or online. The only official rule for ATCs is the size: 2.5″ x 3.5″. All materials will be provided.

FREE to attend but please register as space is limited.

Paint your own board game boards based on traditional games or invent your own. Supplies will provided but are limited so be sure to register to save your spot. This is open to all ages but children under 8 years-old need to be accompanied by a guardian who is actively participating.

We could get messy! Wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on.

Join artist Destanne Norris to create your own work of art that celebrates Carnival and Silver Star. Enjoy wine (and other beverages), nibbles, socializing, and best of all, you get to keep the painting you create to take home and frame. All materials, food and beverage, and facilitation by our professional artist are included in your ticket.
